OFFICE POLICIES

• We will contact you only if your care provider would like to connect with you regarding test results.

• If you wish to discuss results, please book a telephone appointment with your practitioner. The Medical Office Assistants are not permitted to give results out over the phone.

• For imaging results, please book an appointment at least 4-5 business days after your imaging appointment date.

In consideration of other patients, failure to attend medical appointments (telephone and in person) will result in the following charges: 

• $50 for office/telephone appointments
• $80 for physical exams

If you are not available when your practitioner calls it will result in a missed appointment and you will need to book to the next available appointment time. Please be in a quiet and private location for your telephone appointment. If you are driving, the practitioner will be unable to proceed and you will need to re-book your appointment.

In office appointments are still very limited. If you are late arriving to the office you will need to re-book.

All medication requests require an appointment. We are currently booking at least four weeks weeks out, and are unable to accommodate short notice requests. 

Forms, letters and notes are unfortunately not covered by MSP. 

Fees for forms, letters, and notes are based on the current BC Family Doctors and Doctors of BC suggested rates.
