General Information
- Appointments are bookable online at rossbay.cortico.ca
- Many of the practitioners are working both in the clinic and from their homes offices
- At the time of your scheduled telephone appointment, be sure to answer blocked or private numbers. Please disable any feature that redirects those types of calls. Ensure you are in a private, quiet space. The call will need to be re-booked if there is background noise, or if you are driving/cycling
- Please stay on top of your prescriptions and book in for a telephone appointment at least four weeks before you are due for a renewal
- Only if you have been instructed to e-mail a photo to your practitioner, send a maximum of THREE clear, in focus photos. Unsolicited emails will be deleted and not replied to. The subject line must include patients full name. The email address for this is: photos@rossbayhealthcentre.com

The Ross Bay Health Centre is open
Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm excluding statutory holidays.
*The phones are not answered during lunch (12:30 pm -1:30 pm) or after hours.
*Our phone lines do not have voicemail.
If you require medical assistance during these closures please call either 811 (The Registered Nurses Line) or make your way to your nearest Urgent Care Centre, or Emergency Department.
